Teach Studio your project's vocabulary

A per-project glossary feeds transcription and shared understanding, comments get replies and notifications, and scheduled meetings show up on the project tab.

For humans

Every project has words that only mean something inside it — a product name, an internal acronym, a customer’s spelling. This release gives them a home.

Project glossary

Dashboard settings gained a Glossary: terms and their meanings, maintained per project, searchable and editable by project admins.

The glossary is not only documentation. Its terms are passed to transcription as keyterms, so a product name that used to come back mangled in every meeting transcript is now spelled the way you spell it.

Comment replies

Comments support replies, so a discussion on a story or a bug nests instead of running as a flat list. Reply notifications are configurable per project, and line breaks in a comment survive rendering.

Also in this release

  • Scheduled meetings assigned to a project appear on the project’s meetings tab, not only after they have happened.
  • The dashboard no longer scrolls behind the calendar sidebar when it is open.
  • An email draft written by Helix can be copied straight from the chat.
  • Sprint summaries use the sprint’s name instead of its identifier.
