This one is entirely under the hood. No feature moved, no API changed, nothing in the product looks different — but it is the largest change in this release series and it is the reason the ones after it arrive more quickly.
One workspace
Studio’s server, web app, documentation site, database schema, shared utilities,
and component library used to sit as loosely related directories with their own
tooling. They are now a single pnpm workspace under apps/* and packages/*,
orchestrated by Turborepo.
Builds, typechecks, lints, and tests run through one task graph that knows what depends on what. Unchanged packages come out of cache instead of being rebuilt, so a change to the web app no longer pays for a full server typecheck.
Everything else that moved with it
Docker images and CI both build from the new layout, with conditional builds so a docs-only change doesn’t rebuild the API. Prisma tooling moved to version 6. Dead code went with the migration — including the legacy context ingestion module, whose job is now done by project context.
