The shortest path through Studio: describe what you’re building, let the agent shape it into requirements, turn those into a backlog, and start executing.
Create a project
From the dashboard, Create a project with a title. Everything else — stories, wiki pages, meetings, tests — is scoped to a project.
Groom the requirements
Open Product → Grooming and describe what you’re building. The business analyst agent asks follow-up questions, then writes structured requirements you can review and edit. See Product.
Generate the backlog
Turn approved requirements into epics and user stories, then refine them in Delivery → Backlog. See Delivery.
Plan a sprint
Pull stories into a sprint and track them on the Sprint Board.
Test it
Point the QA Agent at your stories to generate test cases, then run them against a test environment. See QA Agent.
Where to go next
- Connect the tools you already use — Integrations.
- Give the project its context — Knowledge.
- Drive all of it from your editor — Heizen MCP.
