# From accepted requirements to an executable plan

This release closes the gap between product decisions and delivery. Teams can estimate with more precision, turn approved requirements into structured work, and execute manual tests without leaving Heizen Studio.

## Four-phase requirements estimation

Estimates are now split across planning, development, testing, and buffer phases, replacing a single opaque number with a breakdown teams can review together.

## Redesigned personas

The personas workspace surfaces richer profile data and supports inline editing, keeping user context close to requirements and planning.

## AI backlog generation

Accepted requirements can become backlog tasks and user stories in one action. The sprint agent maps scope into structured, reviewable work automatically.

## Manual test runs and meeting AI

QA teams can execute and track manual test runs inside the product. Heizen Meets adds a streaming meeting chatbot, a second transcription provider, and live microphone switching during active recordings.
