# Your repository, inside Studio

Studio knew about your repository only well enough to open a pull request
against it. Now you can read it.

## GitHub at the organization level

Repositories are linked through an organization integration rather than
per-project credentials, and an organization can install the app on several
accounts — every active connection is listed, each offers adding another, and
the repository picker shows a tab per account and links each repository through
the connection it came from.

Personal access tokens are gone: Helix and secrets resolve a repository through
a short-lived provider token scoped to that repository.

## Browse the code

A linked repository gets a **Code** tab: branch and tag switcher, a lazily
loaded file tree, a file viewer with syntax highlighting, and repository-wide
search. Ref, path, and search live in the URL, so every view is shareable.

## Commits, pull requests, and issues

**Commits** lists by branch with message search, an inclusive date range, and
day-grouped rows; opening one shows its message, author, parent, and stats with
unified or split diffs. Commit metadata and diffs are fetched separately and
paged, so a commit touching hundreds of files stays a small response.

**Pull requests** lists with state tabs and search, and opens to a header,
paginated file diffs, and a read-only conversation. **Issues** is a read-only
list and detail view. Provider images load through an allowlisted proxy, with a
link out when the browser cannot load one.

Above the provider layer nothing knows it is talking to GitHub: the canonical
types live in shared code, records are addressed by opaque provider ids, and
event types and file statuses are normalized vocabulary.

## Also in this release

- Adding a project member suggests people already in your organization and
  prefills their email.
- MCP tools broken by removed or mismatched routes work again; `link_pull_request`
and `generate_test_cases_from_story` were removed, as their routes no longer
accept a client call or never existed. ⚠️
- Inline editable fields no longer draw a white border inside dark panels, and a
long backlog title no longer squeezes the expand caret.
- Source lists paginate as they scroll rather than truncating at 100 items, and
the sidebar remembers which sections you collapsed.
