# The foundation of Heizen Studio

Heizen Studio began with a focused promise: bring product planning, engineering context, and delivery into one place so teams can move from an idea to working software without losing the decisions made along the way.

## The first building blocks

- A shared project workspace for requirements, sprints, meetings, and documentation
- AI-assisted planning grounded in the context of each project
- A connected delivery flow for product, engineering, and QA teams
- A durable project knowledge base that improves as the team works

This release marks the baseline for the public changelog. Earlier internal iterations were not versioned as public releases.
